Is apple.itrackdevice.info a legitimate Apple URL?

I have had a message to go to the URL to see where my lost iPhone is, so wanted to check whether it is legit or a scam

Scam. Apple does not send messages where you lost iPhone is. That information is available only in the Find My app. Those messages are known scams and will ask for your Apple ID and Password, so they can unlock your device and steal your data as well as give them the ability to remove the Activation Lock on the device.
