It's also a few years behind as far as security.......if you care about things like that. Apple considers iOS 13 obsolete, so no support is offered.

So, you are recommending an iOS version that is long out of date and not supported. Brilliant.

An iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, or iPhone SE 1 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A11 or better CPU. To install 15.7.8, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.

Please do not update. You iPhone 7 Plus is worth more on iOS 13, and it will run faster.
