iPhone alarms are usually silent and do not vibrate.

This has been an issue I’ve had off and on for several years with iPhones, but lately it seems like it’s gotten worse. More often than not, my alarms make zero noise. I had to go buy an alarm clock months ago because I couldn’t trust my iPhone’s alarm. It’s gotten even more unreliable since then. That’s not good. I’ve noticed the alarm I have to end my sleep focus at 5:00 never makes any noise and doesn’t vibrate. Other alarms are hit and miss. This evening, for instance, an alarm I had to remind me to do something didn’t ring and didn’t vibrate. I checked and it isn’t set to “none” for the sound. Neither is my sleep alarm. I just don’t know what to do to fix this.

none of this helped. I literally got a new iPhone 15 and the day I had a flight the alarm went off with NO sound and NO vibration… yet the alarm worked the days before????? Had the same issue with old phone. It’s completely random. Is this anyway related to having a watch?? Bc I swear it’s a lot of the times my watch isn’t on and is changing that I don’t get woken up.

Never use an iPhone alarm there unreliable and S*** it’s a gamble whether it will actually go off and when they do good luck stopping them if you hit snooze it works if you hit stop it still f***ing snoozes the amount of times I’ve went into someplace hours after I woke up and it will just randomly start going off I don’t get why they can’t just make a normal f***ing alarm that will go off at the time I set andwhen I stop it it stops forever until I turn it back on if they can’t figure out how snooze works they need to remove it because why the f*** have a stop button that only acts like it’s stopped the alarm

I have a iPhone 15. I have tried every that you listed here… and still it does it. I listen to music all night long. The alarm icon always comes on showing the ringing clock… but yet the music is playing with no actual alarm. The vibration on the alarm clock does not work either. I have had iPhones since they came out. This will be my last. There is just so much wrong with this phone.

Set a timer to turn the music off at some point before the alarm goes off.

Mine is even worse. My alarms just don’t go off at all. Like they don’t even show up on the screen or anything. I don't understand why. I changed nothing about my alarms and now they suddenly don’t go off. Also iPhone autocorrect and I keep having to retype this message because it thinks it can predict what I am going to say, except it forces me to type what it is predicting without me pressing anything. Also my iPhone automatically scrolls to the bottom of a webpage every time I touch the screen, and this has happened to me with every iPhone I have had. I swear something is just broken with the newer iOS versions.

experiencing the same issue, which is disrupting my work and personal events. I find myself setting two alarms each time. I tested the alarm with the volume muted, and it rang, so why didn't it go off when it was supposed to? It's really frustrating. This problem has occurred with earlier iPhones as well. I'm anxious that the alarm might not work, so I now have to get a physical alarm clock. This is quite inconvenient. Apple should do better.

Im also having this same issue and have been for a few months now on and off across different iphones and os versions. It only happens sometimes though so it’s impossible to get any help from tech support, as the diagnostic log on your phone apparently only records the last 5 minutes of activity and it takes longer than that to contact the right person at apple. When it happens to me my phone screen looks like the alarm is going off, with the snooze and stop buttons visible but with no sound or vibration. Ive made sure to disable attention awareness and double check that my alarm is set to a certain ringtone with the sound turned on and all the way up. The frustrating part is that it randomly decides to stop working and that this issue has been noted on different threads and forums for over 2 years now with no fixes. This is making my phone unreliable and i hope someone here is able to find a solution, because apple support has repeatedly failed to show any interest outside of their normal 3 suggestion script and just tells me they don’t know how to fix it before telling me that they won’t talk about this issue anymore before hanging up.
