i wanted to reset factory my mac and i erased everything with disk utilities but after turning it on it gives me the screen with question mark and ask me to go to support but now when i want to go to recovery mood my command r is not working

You have to be quick using Command + R or you'll miss the window of opportunity. Try it several times to try and get the timing as required.
