Failed to transfer music from iTunes to iPhone

I don’t know why have I always been experiencing the problem of failing to transfer music from iTunes to my iPhone. Its a windows laptop where I’ve downloaded the music in iTunes & I cannot transfer it to my iPhone even after connecting the iPhone to the laptop via wire. I would click on a song, then click ‘Add to device’ & literally just nothing happens. Also, I’m unable to sign in to my Apple ID in iTunes. After typing my Apple ID & its passcode, a message appears saying ‘There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server.’

I’m using iPhone 13 Pro & Alienware Windows 10 laptop. Both iTunes on my laptop & iOS on my iPhone are updated to their latest versions.

Apprently there is no option of adding a video file to my post here at Apple Community but I do have a video wherein I am trying to add a song from my iTunes on laptop to my iPhone Music app nothing seems to get transferred.

Are you using a VPN? Do you have any third party security software? Is your region set correctly and does your computer have the correct time? Any of these might potentially interfere with communications to Apple's servers.

Everything inc. date & time, and my softwares are upto date. I just cleared all the history of my google chrome & the issue has been resolved. I received a code on my iPhone & now I have logged into my Apple ID in iTunes on my laptop.

Now my major problem is that I can’t transfer music from iTunes to Apple Music App on my iPhone.

I appreciate your response but I’m not an iTunes geek to go into the depth of it. I just like music and I’d love to have it on my Music liabrary on my iPhone which Apple has almost made impossible to transfer from a windows laptop to your iPhone I don’t understand whats the matter in fixing this issue permanently because I’ve been facing this issue since childhood.
