I need help with wallet

I added a bank card. And it worked perfect. But suddenly it stop working and when I tried to add it again it gave me the following error... (Capitec: Your card ending 1914 is loaded on to many payment wallets. Call us on 0860 10 20 43 for assistance.) I did phone the capitec help line. But they said I must contact apple to open it so that I can add my card again.
