Refund an accidental purchase

I’m trying to refund a purchase I made on the App Store on accident. It charged my Apple wallet and I see the charge but when I go to Apple support to request a refund the app won’t show up. I’m not sure if it’s pending since I do see the charge, but if it’s not then why am I not seeing it on my purchases to request a refund. I only have one Apple ID so it should be showing up.
