You need to contact the carrier it is locked to. They are the only ones who can unlock it.

You don't unlock the carrier. It is the carrier that unlocks the phone. Only the carrier can do this.

You need to contact your "old" carrier to verify that they have unlocked the phone. When this is done, contact your "new" carrier for assistance in setting up the new connection to your "new" carrier.

Carrier 50.0.1 is meaningless.

Doe this mean that you have a Jio Sim card and you want to use it on a phone that is locked to Verizon?

If yes, you must first contact Verizon and ask them to unlock the phone.

If this means that your phone is locked to Jio and you want to use the phone on Verizon's network, you must first contact Jio and ask them to unlock the phone.
