Bloomberg and several other news apps not working on !st Generation Apple TV
A 1st Generation Apple Tv was released in 2006 and does not support Apps at all.
Do you maybe mean an Apple TV 4K first generation from 2017?
Please correctly identify the Apple TV you have. click here ➜ Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
Also, please explain what happens when you try to access the Apps that aren't working. Do they not load? Show a black screen? Start, but won't play anything? Something else?
Thank you for your quick response. I have an Apple TV model # A1469, a 3rd generation Apple TV device with HD output. I am signed in to my iTunes account. When I select the Bloomberg App, I get the following a black screen and a "Bloomberg unavailable. Try again later" text showing on the screen. Thanks again.
Seems like Bloomberg has issues relatively often. There's no real way to fix that, except wait for Bloomberg to address it form their side however.
