I can't verify my Apple account online
We apologise but we are unable to verify your account information online. This is the message am getting from apple. When I try to login for account recovery.

Contact Appel Support:
Give Apple Support a call. Tell them what is occurring, and ask them why you cannot get in. Perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep, so they can see this firsthand, from YOUR perspective..

- Proceed from there, as necessary
- Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
