When trying to update my payment information or download an app I am getting a message saying “your Apple ID has been disabled in iTunes and the App Store.”

I cannot update any information sign into Apple ID or update payment information or even download Apple plus to get more memory.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
