Ipad flashing white logo

Hi All, My son's iPad Pro (128gb 2 gen) started displaying flash white apple logo when we were on holidays, we booked a Genius Bar appointment and when we arrived at the store, it miraculously witched on without any intervention from me or the tech guy. He checked the hardware and everything was fine. A week later, the same thing occurred. no matter how many restarts I tried nothing worked. I let the iPad discharge naturally and recharged and recharged it fully. Nothing happened. then 2 days later it started working again. So I connected it to the computer to do a full restore and everything was going ok but near the end it reported an error (4013) and said unable to restore iPad. Anyone have any advice. I tried third party Reiboot and I bought iMyfone Fixppo software and that didn't work either. Thanks for all your help

As described, your iPad may have an intermittent hardware fault. Intermittent faults can be difficult to properly diagnose - and may only be fully resolvable by replacing the device.

You’ll find guidance for troubleshooting error #4013 here:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you continue to experience difficulties, you might be well advised to seek assistance directly from from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, if you have access to another Apple device, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to provide assistance:
