My Apple TV won't play video

Can watch Apple TV on den tv but not game room tv. Problem says that I need to check internet connection but other apps using internet work fine.

  1. Try resetting the Apple TV app, then sign in again. Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support
  2. Else see if Samsung allows the Apple TV+ app to be deleted and re-installed.
  3. Also verify that you have the latest system software for your TV.


If the issue persists after that, then contact the Apple Support staff.
