logging to better me app with the paid subscription is impossible

I have purchased an annual subscription for betterme app and I was using it for about a month and then I stopped using it for couple of weeks. When I tried to login for several attepts in this couple months it says your email is not valid and didn’t let me to login. And this is the email that I have purchased the subscription with, my apple id email. I paid $29.99 for this app on May08, and it is not even let me loging.

I even tried to login with forget password and fast loginn, but I received an email that this email is not recognized and didn’t receive any link to restart my account.

Please help to resolve this issue.

You'll need to contact the app developer or look at their support site.

The same thing has happened to me. I purchased an annual subscription on April 2023 and stopped using it for about 1 week. When I went to log in, it didn't let me. I also tried the forgot option, and it sent me an email stating it didn't recognize the email. I want my money back, period! I have been going back and forth with Better Me and they informed its a Apple problem.

The same thing has happened to me, and they have now charged an annual subscription and I have no way of cancelling the subscription. I have tried the password reset, and even though an email received in April 2023, I too received an email stating it didn't recognise the email. I never even activated the plan, but the default annual subscription charges of 89.99 transacted and I have not been able to cancel it, even though I never started it.

I want my money back, and no further automatic deductions as I cancelled it immediately in April 2023.

Seriously not happy!
