iCloud Calendar on PC not syncing Google Calendar events

Hi,

I like to access my Apple Calendar on my Windows Laptop via the Google Chrome browser (https://www.icloud.com/calendar/).

I have noticed, however, the Google Calendar invites I have set up to be connected with my Apple devices do not appear on the browser version of Apple Calendar. I have the Apple Calendar set up to sync my Google Calendar work invites/events to appear on Apple Calendar for my iPhone and iPad. However, they don't appear on the web browser version of Apple Calendar. Is there any solution to this?

Hi Johnny,

Unfortunately, after clearing my cache and following the steps above, I still cannot see any of the Google Calendar synced events on my iCloud calendar when using Google Chrome. I had even removed and re-added the Gmail account associated with my work email to my iCloud, and it added in the events to the calendar from Google Calendar, but it is only visible on iPhone and iPad, not on browser.

Is it at all possible to see Google Calendar events on iCloud.com, even if you synced them on Apple devices?

Hi JustinJSG,

If all your updates don't appear via iCloud.com on your PC, we recommend that you try the steps here: If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync

To perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above, complete the steps in the section titled "iCloud.com"

If all your updates don't appear or you have another issue, try these steps on iCloud.com:
1. Update your browser and clear the cache.
2. If updates from other devices don't appear, open another app on iCloud.com, like Mail. Then go back to the Contacts, Calendar, or Reminders app.
3. Sign out of iCloud.com, then sign back in.
Since the iCloud Birthdays calendar updates daily, changes to birthdays might not appear in the Calendars app until the next day.

We recommend the steps above because they will show you what to do if your Calendars won’t sync.

If the resource above has nothing to do with the type of support you're seeking, provide us specifics on what you are seeing and experiencing on your end for more help, and we'll continue from there.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

Cheers!

Hi JustinJSG,

Just to clarify, you're able to see the invites and events when you access the Calendar app on your Apple devices, but when you sign in to the iCloud site, you don't see them there, correct?

Is your Gmail calendar selected in the sidebar? If not, this would be the reason why you don't see the events or invites for that calendar. Make sure your Gmail calendar is selected; if you don’t see your list of calendars, click the Calendar icon at the top of the sidebar.

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly: I can view synced google calendars on my iCal when accessing through the app on my iphone, but if I'm accessing my iCal through the web on my desktop computer I'm not able to view synced calendars? Is there a workaround here? It's pretty inconvenient to say the least.
