Bought a new iPad which says it comes with 3 months of Apple TV for new and returning customers. I can not get to the offer. I only get a 7 days trial option. It’s been updated to the latest update and I don’t currently have a subscription.

Verify that you are eligible. If you have enjoyed an extended free trial before, then you can’t have another one.
