cell phone carrier doesn't support apple online purchase?

I have always bought my iPhones on the apple website and gotten financing through Citizens Bank.

Today, when I get to the end of the process, I click on Verizon, type my phone number - and it pops up that my carrier doesn't support purchases (or activation) on apple online. It gives me the option to buy the phone in full right now and then contact verizon for help.

I did change my verizon account to a business cell account. Is that the issue? Thanks for any help!

We are other end users here and are not familiar with Verizon's policies - you need to contact them. It sounds like the change in accounts is the reason.
