Type-C to lightning cable not working for newer devices.

I had iPhone 13 last morning I faced a problem when I tried to charge my phone with Type-C to a lightning cable it's not working also not connecting with my laptop with Type-C to the lightning cable but USB 2.0 to the lightning cable charging and also connecting properly I check the same Type-C to lightning cable with another phone it's working but not working for my phone only can you please help me how to fix it I already rest my phone but still same problem i already change charger and cable
