I'm having the same error message on purchased TV shows. I spent an hour with Apple support. We tried everything - rebooting, safe mode, system os update. I upgraded to Sonoma, thinking maybe the TV app would be updated, but problem remains. This using an Apple Mac Studio. I also have a Macbook Pro and get the same error message there. That should eliminate any problem specific to the Mac Studio. I went out of town with the laptop and connected to the hotel's wifi. Download worked find. Don't know where to go from here.

Since the OP is on Windows, and I'm on a Mac, would this imply the problem is on the Apple side of the equation? I should have added that this started about two weeks ago. Prior to that, downloads worked every time.
