I recently bought Mac Pro 2015 and can't install Xcode

I recently bought Mac book Pro 2015 and can't install Xcode I manage to upgrade my Mac to last version which is 12.7.3


every time I try to download Xcode is says sorry we can't complete your purchase you need 13 or later required is there is any soultion please?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7

Xcode is intended for development of software for current Mac devices. Only the latest versions are available, Free, through the Mac App Store.


You can register as a developer (you need not join the PAID program) and agree to the terms, and can get access to the Apple Developer web site, where older versions are readily available for download.


If you only need SOME Developer tools, you may find many are already loaded and ready to go in Terminal
