power failure even when connected to the net

recently my mac regularly goes to sleep - looks like it's going in sleepmode, the device needs a long press on the on/off button to be waken up.

The device is connected to the power net tough.

Can this be helped?

A keystroke or mouse/pad click should wake a sleeping Mac.

The device is connected to the power net tough.

Can you please explain this.. connection.

Thank you for your reaction den.thed,

as I indicated my Mac looks like it’s going in sleepmode, the only difference is that this seems to be a deep sleep since it doesn’t respond to a mouse click or a keystroke. I really need to press the power on button to wake up my machine.

also by being connected, I meant that it’s not working on battery when this issue occurs. The device works on net current.
