Can I delete my Community Account and then come back and open another account so that my Name will be CORRECT?

When you request a username change, it's generated randomly. It's not a moderator's user name. The person who reported your request for a name change wasn't a moderator and wasn't called Cruredes. There is no one else named Cruredes currently in this forum.

Since you have very few points to lose, you can certainly create a new profile. But, really, what difference does it make what username you have here?

That post was deleted by the Hosts for some reason (which they do not share with anyone but the poster). There is nothing nefarious about it. It happens all the time.
