unable to backup my icloud data

Hi , I bought a icloud space upto 200gb and trying to backup my data since yesterday but its not proceeding . next, I tried to logout my icloud and login as well, restarted my device but many time but nothing showed up. So, I want to onow whats wrong with icloud backup as its urgent . Thanks let me know please.
