All install packages are ''skipped'' for VPN download
I am trying to install my University's VPN but am not able to press continue. Any ideas?
(Certificates are valid, turning firewall off did not help)

That screen shows it has automatically selected to SKIP every item. It is either already installed, or can not be installed the way you specified.
