Offloaded apps won’t reinstall

Hello, I recently offloaded many apps (maps, contact, weather, FaceTime, health etc…) on my iPhone XR to update iOS 17.5.1 and now I’m unable to reinstall them. Keep having a message error “Unable to reinstall app. Please try again later”.

I tried to restart my phone, sign in and out on app store, reset network settings but still it doesn’t work. I can’t even download those apps on app store anymore.

Grateful if someone could advise me what to do.
