Called apple, got number online, to request phone diagnostics. Is Zoho Assis Client legit?

If you simply searched Google, you can thank them for giving you that number. If a scammer gives them enough money, they will move them to the top of your search result. It does not matter if it is legitimate or not.

If you gave them any money, you got scammed. I mean, their email even tells you you're about to be scammed.

And Apple will never, never, ever ask for untraceable money transfers.
