Why can't I transfer Apple Cash back to Cash App?

My brother asked me for $5 but all he had was Apple Cash on his phone to receive it and all I have is Cash app which is linked to my Apple Pay . but the minimum to add to the apple cash is $10 , so I sent $10 to my account and den sent him $5. But why or how come it is not letting me transfer back my other $5 I had left on my Apple Cash back to my cash app/applepay?!?!? I’m really on a budget and I don’t ever use Apple Cash . I have only been using my cash app for a few years until I bought dis new iPhone and linked Apple Pay to it . Please help . I would really appreciate it thank and God bless !!!

OK, I understand that and I thank you for replying to my question but I’m talking about because I had money transferred to the the Apple Cash and I don’t even use Apple Cash. I use my Apple Pay which is linked to my cash app card so I was trying to see if I could transfer the money that I have in that Apple Cash back to my cash app and I’ve put the bank account for cash app and it’s not letting me do it.
