Trade in device was sent back to me after I tried to send it to Apple

I used the prepaid shipping label that the box they sent me was on, dropped it off at UPS and a week later, they sent me the package back but all my trade in stuff was still in the box…but the shipping label is missing now. What do I do in order to get the trade in value still?

Do you have emails that deal with the trade? Usually there are instructions for questions at the bottom of Apple's transaction messages.


You need to contact Apple support, and they will not see your issue in these user-to-user forums. This is a special situation and Apple have not publically published how to handle this, so we cannot help.
