Stuck at the bottom after posting a reply

I've been posting replies in iPhone - Apple Community and the last couple of times, it would show my recent post at the bottom of the page, and then I cannot scroll up. It just jiggles a bit, and when I stop it snaps back to the bottom. Refreshing the browser window does not work.

I have to click on the "Community" link in the footer and then drill down to see the rest of the thread again. Then it behaves.

This was not happening yesterday.
