Hello, I'm not able to find MS Exchange calendars shared by my company.
A few calendars are available on my iPad and iPhone. But, they are not fully synchronized.
Instead, the calendars are not shown on Calendari App in Mac.
Do you have any suggestion?

On Mac you need to add the calendars you can access to Calendar app —> Settings… —> Accounts —> your company Exchange account —> Delegation.
I would suggest to upgrade to macOS 15 Sequoia, too.
