Don’t have option to add Apple account to Apple wallet

Updated to newest version 17.6.1. Still cannot add account ID to wallet.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 17

Are any stores for a different region? In other words a Canadian Apple ID and US App Store, iTunes etc.?


If none of the above is the case, I suspect the issue is the Chinese iPhone. Please contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE or review the Apple Support article below for additional contact methods.

Hey, just FYI, I went to the Apple Store this morning and they tried all these methods and none of them worked either. I just changed my region to US and the Add Apple Account showed up. Then I changed the region back to Canada. The option was still there, and I was able to add my account balance to my wallet. Thanks again for your help!!!
