I entered a Marshall's gift card into my Apple wallet and now it does not show up. I've tried checking the balance on the app, but it does not show the balance there either. What would be the recommended steps to move forward?
Gift cards must be entered via the issuing entries mobile app or website. If the Marshalls removed the card, check both your account online and the mobile app. If you can’t find your account, please contact Marshalls support team.
