No, all invoices are available electronically on the required device, your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Goldman Sachs Bank, issuer of Apple Card, requires you use the required device to make your electronic payments. Payments by mail may be rejected and returned.

Post back if it’s not resolved in 30 days or so. I can explain how to escalate the issue. Another factor to be aware of is even if you don’t owe anything on the account, federal law requires a statement to that effect be sent.

One side note on this, I do get get paper statements, not by choice though. I don't know why and I can't stop them. Even support didn't know how or why.

When you first signed up for the card, the email for your Apple ID was associated with your account. Do you still use that email address?

I do. I talked to support again last night and confirmed the email is valid so it may be an issue on the Goldman Sachs end. They are calling me back later so hopefully we will get it resolved then.
