Has anyone experienced credit cards and boarding passes vanishing from thier iphone wallet from updates or hacking or ????

Never had a credit card disappear from the wallet app and that has been over many updates. Boarding passes will disappear automatically depending on the expiration date provided by the company that issued them.
It’s reported in the community occasionally. If it’s a credit or debit card removed, either your bank removed it or you reduced the security measures on one of your Apple devices. In other words, logging out of your Apple ID will cause all your cards to be removed from all your devices.
Loyalty cards, tickets, hotel room keys etc, are controlled by the issuing authority or their app. Updating an app can occasionally cause a card, pass, ticket to be removed from Apple Wallet. The remedy is to add the cards, passes, tickets again, using the issuers website or mobile app.
