I’ve tried multiple times to add a debit card in apple wallet with no success. I’ve talked with my bank it was approved from them but still not able to

After adding the card it says it can not be added, and I need to contact my card issuer for more information. I talked with my bank and they said the approved it on their end and for me to contact apple.
