How to book an appointment for EarPods repair?

My EarPods stopped working 8 months after I bought them. Went to iPhone store and was told to make an appointment with them, even though I was right there then, come back and get replacement. I’m trying to book a repair online and there is no option of EarPods to choose from the menu, only air pods. How do I book a repair for EarPods then, please? Thanks.

I suggest that you select AirPods, if EarPods was not available. The key is that they want you to make an appointment. You can then explain to the Apple Representative that you couldn't find an option for EarPods.

Regardless. to help set your expectations, the one-year Apple warranty only covers manufacturing defects. That means an Apple Technician will need to examine these EarPods to determine if that is the case. Should they find it so, you may find that you get a replacement for little or no cost to you.
