Photo “Albums” disappeared after updating to IOS 18

They’ll never reappear. I canned tech support 3 times today.

never going to be changed. 😞 I’m horrified.

lost a ton of pix and definitely the organization of the albums I had.

This is RIDICULOUS. Fix this album issue!!!! Why do you have to ruin things in updates!

Omg I hate the iOS 18 update my pics are all over the place when I open my pics all my pics show up I hate it I was trying to uninstall but it will not give me the option I hate it I hate it😡

I want to be able to have a folder on my screen that says Photos with the subfolders that I originally set up. It’s so darn frustrating now.

False. They are not, and the ones that are there are wiped of all the ohotos

How do I get my photo albums back?

since last download they disappeared. I really need them. Years of history has disappeared 😰

Nope. Mine are GONE. Nowhere to be found. Had apple tech guys looking for 2 hours 😢 Devastated

Works for me as well. I wonder if this is a very recent fix of Apple's screwup, or has the albums been there all along?

I have my albums but they are empty
