When I add passes for example nfc football game passes and boarding passes they stay in my wallet for an amount of time and then delete themselves, there is also no expired passes section on my wallet .
I’ve took the phone to apple and they have done a reset but said there’s nothing wrong with the phone
how can I resolve this ?
Passes and tickets are controlled by the app and company that added them to Wallet. Some passes are removed automatically when they expire. This is controlled by the pass and again the app that was used to add them.
