Has anybody that had there Apple Cash account restricted reinstated and if so, how

Why is this so difficult to get your Apple Pay account unrestricted and back in operation when a simple mistake was made by the user ( me) thinking there was fraud on their account and going to the bank and notifying Apple that there was no such fraud that you cannot get this reversed. This is absolutely ridiculous. You know who I am you have all my information. I’m telling you that it was me that I made the mistake but yet it’s still restricted. Are you kidding me? Can anyone figure this out ?

I made 1 mistake and nobody contacts you that is under review or they have looked into the matter
