apple cash debited two times for one order

I am pre-order two iPhone 16 pro max from apple online store .got the date 25 september to 30th september apple debited my account 20th september and iPhone was delivered on 24th september.. then again on 30th september apple debited cash from my account ..and cash debited two times for one order..

Information obtained when contacting the bank

Apple has hold 10198aed on 20th september .and again debited the account for 10198aed 30th september and I can't withdraw that amount from the account without Apple releasing the hold amount.

please help me
