Can’t load SWA boarding pass to wallet
Tried to load, closed SWA app and cleared all open apps on phone. Opened SWA app used add to wallet feature but did not work. Went to website on Safari, still could not load

Make sure your iPhone and app are updated to latest versions. Force restart the iPhone following the steps in the Apple support article that is linked below. A forced restart is more than just turning your iPhone off and back on.
