New card verification phone number
The second number does not belong to me or anyone with authorized use of the card.
How do I remove it and verify that it’s not a security breach?

That message comes from your bank. Apple does not share personal information like phone numbers, addresses etc. The bank sends information they have on file for your primary and secondary contact phone numbers (if applicable). Not all banks send a secondary number.
