I'm unable to send money via Apple Cash after iOS 18.0.1 update

I updated my phone to the new iOS (18.0.1) and not my Apple Pay is not working. I can receive money via Apple Pay easily, but I can’t send anything via Apple Cash or see / withdraw anything from my Apple wallet.

It says that it’s because I have not set up my Apple Pay yet, but every time I do, it restarts and it’s almost as if I didn’t just set it up for the millionth time …

I made sure my language in my settings was set to English, I made sure my region was set to the United States, I’ve turned my iPhone off and on again, I’ve turned my phone on airplane mode … I’m running out of ideas.

Is there anyone else experiencing this? This had to be an issue from the update.

I am having the same issue as of this morning. I updated to 18.0.1 last Friday with no issues and then this morning about 5:45am est I got a message on my Apple Watch that said my default card was switched off my Apple Cash to another card on my account. When I looked at my wallet Apple Cash wants me to set it back up. Says it’s ready to use and then starts all over again wanting to set it up. I also received Apple Cash last night from multiple people which I can’t see anymore in my wallet.
