I bought something from a game and 2 weeks later it charged me for it. And now it says there’s 4 payments that declined for 9.99?!

Please contact Apple Billing Support using the links and information in the Apple Support article I linked below.

It’s possible that your Venmo account details are compromised and fraudsters are attempting to charge purchases at Apple.
