i just bought an apple pencil with an £80 gift card and paid for the rest with my debit card, i had to cancel the order as i bought the wrong one - does the £80 get refunded onto the gift card and how long will it take? i just tried purchasing the correct pencil and its saying the cards balance is 0.

Depending on the country you’re in, the refund is usually deposited into your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID). In some countries funds may be returned to gift card or gift card may be replaced. Funds are usually returned/deposited in around 2 days.
