why apple wallet doesn't show me the option to add public travel cards?

I tried them all, but nothing changed.

I m based in UK
But I always use public transport cards to travel when i m on holiday .
last time i was able to add the public transport card for paris meanwhile i was in UK
Have also lost the ability to add travel cards after updating to iOS 18.
Have previously used transit cards still shown in my wallet stack (Paris, Toronto, Japan) , but no option to add anymore.
