Cancel Apple Pay and All Subscription

Whilst Apple provide incorrect instruction on return of device so no you are unable to remove device protection for device you don't own and returned to apple.

So question how can I cancel apple pay so they can stop charging me ?, support is no longer existing and will do everything to not talk or respond. Sadly, down to taking payment away as they have no support options.

Can I use an iPhone with a local account and use no Apple Services? as never want to deal with apple again after this and 4 days to be passed off again. Just no trust in service or billing anymore.
