Apple Watch work out app starts by itself

Lately ever since updating my Apple Watch to the new update my Apple Watch work out all randomly starts on its own. It’s not if I’m taking a walk, running, or anything strenuous and asks if I want to to start a work out, but it randomly starts anytime of day even if I’m sleeping and the time running. Has anyone else having this issue
