Unable to use Wallet and App Store after changing from double click to Assistive Touch

sorry for the long question. I changed my wallet (credit card)from double click to using the assistive touch. Now i can not use the wallet at all nor can i use the app store. How do i change back to the double click

My mistake was reading an article where you can use your face id instead of double clicking. I have tried to "undo" the steps but must forgot something. I have looked all over the internet and not found how to correct. Before I made the change it worked fine

Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > scroll down > Confirm with AssistiveTouch > switch off, if it is off, momentarily switch on and then switch off > scroll up > AssistiveTouch > switch off, if it is off, momentarily switch on and then switch off

Now please force restart your iPhone. A forced restart is more than just turning off and back on. If you’re unfamiliar with the process please review the instructions in Apple Support article linked below.
