I assume you are referring to an Apple Gift Card? Where did you purchase this gift card?
If you see a message saying your gift card has already been redeemed, first check your Apple Account balance.
Some retailers have gift cards on display, which can be tampered with. Which you will have to take this up with the retail store you purchased the gift card from.
You should only ever buy your Apple gift cards where the retailer secures them or from Apple.
